I had an situation today that came up that just shows me I have to become a better communicator with information. As a youth pastor that is running events planning trips you always want to make sure youth, parent, and people are informed with what is going on. Found out today that I still need to grow in this area. I was able to talk through a situation with a parent that at the end of it made me realize that I missed the mark with this family. I was thankful to this parent for helping me realize that I still need to grow in this area. Just when you think you have covered all your bases.
